Unfortunately as a small business, we're beholden to the individual shipping rates per item, per country. We do have an untracked option for letter mail to manage costs. However, we are not responsible for any lost items.
At this ​time we can't accept returns for order mistakes, so please double check your orders! We do replace items that are a result of our error, or badly damaged up until 7 days after delivery and with a photo of the damage.
